Postable Items
I mostly send via Royal Mail or Parcelforce signed-for services within the UK. 

Larger Items

Large or delicate furniture is sent using a courier service. We use a very reliable local courier service, who's rates are very reasonable. If you are interested in a piece of furniture, please contact us and we can get a quote for you. 

Alternatively, we welcome collection if you wish from Cheshire. Please email me at doragraydesigns@gmail.com 

Overseas

We can ship smaller items overseas, to discuss, please email me at: doragraydesigns@gmail.com (please note: any duty & taxes will be the payable by the customer) 

Packaging

Here sustainability is important to us. We try wherever possible to recycle packaging.

We use biodegradable packing chips in our boxes as these can be disposed of safely without harming the environment. If you cannot re-use these (which we would encourage you to do if you can), then they can be placed in the bath tub or the sink and they will dissolve under warm water.
