I love how delicate this flouncy beauty is! Hand embroidered and scalloped edged. A few marks that I have shown in the photos but nothing too serious. This could be used as a panel or tied into a large lace bow for a mannequin or brocante display. It is an aged white/ oystery colour, unlaundered.
